a questionable defect. Failure

to comply may result in injury

NOTE

Remember that a tire in

storage (spare) can be

flat but not look like it. The

HEMTT tire sidewalls can

support the wheel. Don't

be fooled.

A tire is bad or in need of

repair if the bead,

sidewall, and tread areas

show signs of damage.

•

Remember that this

process requires you to

make judgment calls and

the goal is to safely

maintain equipment in top

quality conditions.
