Hook 16 ft. (5 m) safety chain (24) together in front of axle (23).
26.
Repeat Steps (24) and (25) for other side of disabled vehicle.
27.
Pull 16 ft. (5 m) safety chain (24) tight and install chain on adapter grab hook (25).
