INSTALLATION

WARNING

Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful

vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing.

To avoid injury or death, keep away

from open fire and use in well-ventilated area.

If adhesive, solvent, or sealing

compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.

NOTE

Both suspension air pressure switches are installed the same way.

Right side shown.

1.

Coat threads of pressure switch (3) with pipe thread sealing compound and install pressure switch (3) on

elbow (4).

2.

Connect connector (1) to connector (2).

END OF TASK

FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE

1.

Connect batteries (TM 9-2320-325-14&P).

2.

Start engine and build up air pressure to 125 psi (861 kPa) (

Shut off engine (

Check for air leaks (

Remove wheel chocks (
