11.

Install outer bearing nut (6) and tighten to 250 to 400 lb-ft (339 to 542 N•m).

12.

Apply light coat of grease on new gasket (5) and position gasket on hub (11).

13.

Install hubcap (4), six new lockwashers (3), and bolts (2) to hub (11).

14.

Install sensor (17), sensor cable (22), and new grommet (20) through dust shield (25) and axle

flange (24).

NOTE

Coat sensor with grease prior to installation.

15.

Install new sensor clip (18) and sensor (17) to mounting block (19).

16.

Install brakedrum (1) to hub (11).

NOTE

Push sensor through mounting block as far as possible

or until sensor contacts toothed wheel hub.

17.

Secure sensor cable (22) to axle (21) with cable ties (23) as required.

18.

Connect sensor cable to ECU (refer to WP 0070 00).
