Measure voltage between XK2 relay socket terminal 1 (1)
and terminal block E4 post 1 (2). Repeat check for terminals
3 (3) and 7 (4) of XK2 relay socket.

Does multimeter read 110 volts AC for each measurement?

Replace XK2 relay (WP 0084 00).
2.
Verify no faults found.
