Close coolant pump shutoff valve and coolant heater shutoff valve.

Close power plant access door (WP 0011 00).

CAUTION

Carrier batteries can discharge. If carrier is not to be driven after 12 hours of running coolant

heater, start and run engine until all batteries are fully charged.

NOTE

Always turn coolant heater off and close coolant shutoff valves before starting engine.

5.

If needed, start and run engine to charge batteries (WP 0021 00).
