Measure resistance of circuit 32C between power control
enclosure jack J26 (1) and terminal block E4 terminal 2 (2).

Does multimeter read 0 ohms?

Faulty lead 32C in power control
enclosure. Beyond unit maintenance
repair.

Notify supervisor.
