4.

Remove cam and handle assembly (12) and two pins (13) from mount (3).

5.

Remove two screws (14), washers (15), and stop (16) from mount (3).

ASSEMBLY

1.

Install stop (1) on mount (2). Secure with two washers (3) and screws (4).

2.

Install cam and handle assembly (5) and two pins (6) in mount (2).

3.

Install pin (7) in mount (2). Install spring (8) with center tang engaging slot in handle (5) and outer tang engaging pin (7).

4.

Install cover (9) over spring (8). Secure with new cotter pin (10) through handle (5).
