Remove four cotter pins (11), washers (12), pins (13), and two plates (14) from platform (5). Discard cotter pins.

ASSEMBLY

NOTE

Do Step 1 for M1064A3 only.

1.

Align two plates (14) with platform (5). Secure with four pins (13), washers (12), and new cotter pins (11).

2.

Install post (6) on two supports (10). Secure with two screws (9) and new locknuts (8). Install two posts (6) and (7) on

platform (5).
