REPLACE SMOKE GENERATOR SYSTEM POWER SUPPLY CABLE ASSEMBLY

Remove two screws (17), lockwashers (18), clamps (19), and cable assembly (16) from hull. Discard lockwashers.

INSTALLATION

1.

Secure cable assembly (1) to hull with two clamps (2), screws (3), and new lockwashers (4).

2.

Secure cable assembly (1) to hull top plate with 12 clamps (5), six screws (6), and new lockwashers (7).

3.

Install new grommet (8) on cable assembly (1). Route cable through hole in battery box (9).

4.

Install cable assembly lead (10) on positive battery terminal (11). Secure with screw (12) and nut (13).

5.

Install ground lead (14) on clean, paint-free hull bracket. Secure with screw (15), new lockwasher (16), two washers

(17), and new locknut (18).
