This Lubrication Chart is for operator/crew (C) and

Unit Maintenance (O). Lubrication intervals (on

condition or hardtime) are based on normal

operation. Lubricate more during constant use and

less during inactive periods. Use correct grade of

lubricant for seasonal temperature expected.

For equipment under manufacturer’s warranty,

hardtime oil service intervals shall be followed.

Intervals shall be shortened if lubricants are known

to be contaminated or if operation is under adverse

conditions (e.g., longer than usual operating hours,

extended idling periods, extreme dust, etc).

Clean area around lubrication points with dry

cleaning solvent (Item 19, WP 0085) or

equivalent before lubricating equipment. After

lubrication, wipe off excess lubricant to prevent

accumulation of foreign matter.

Before you start your lubrication service:

ALWAYS

a. Clean area around lubrication point before

lubricating.

NEVER

a. Use wrong type/grade lubricant.

b. Use too much lubricant
