3. Install bracket (9).

a. Place bracket (9) into position and secure using two new self-locking nuts (14) (item 161,

WP 0175), four flat washers (15) and two screws (16).

b. Install U-bolt (13).

c. Secure U-bolt (13) to bracket (9) using two nuts (10) with flat washers (11) and new lock

washers (12)
