• After tailoring your query, click
on the Search button. You’ll get a
screen showing a list of messages,
sorted by message type and
DODAAC. Each listed message
will also show the Julian date,
document number, NSN, ICP RIC,
depot RIC, and a View link.
• Click on the View link. You’ll
get the entire MILSTRIP docu-
ment, including the text of the in-
the-clear message.
• If you need any help contact the AEPS help desk at AEPS-helpdesk@ria.army.mil or call
them at (888) 564-4357, DSN 793-0699.
You’ll get a screen where you can perform a search for the messages.
• You can base your search on the cancellation code on your MILSTRIP document. Or
you can search all types of MILSTRIP status codes.
• You can also tailor your search
using any or all of the following:
—document number
—DOD Activity Address Code
(DODAAC)
—national stock number (NSN)
—Army inventory control point
(ICP) routing identifier code (RIC)
—depot RIC
—document identifier code (DIC)
