Which GRS is Best?
Deadline Guidelines
Reinforce Rollover Rehearsals
The absence of a TACOM-
approved GRS in wheeled
vehicles with turrets will
subject that vehicle to an
administrative deadline. Unit
commanders can “circle X” the
vehicle fault if the gunner’s
position is not manned when it
is being used on its mission.
If the gunner’s position is
manned, commanders or their
representatives can make the
decision to authorize dispatch
of the vehicle based on urgency
of mission requirements.
