half-
mast!
p.m.!
great to
see you again,
half-mast. I
knew
I could
count on you.
what’s wrong?
what’s the problem?
a few weeks ago
I built a robot
and gave it life!
my plan was to
help the villagers
by having the robot
mow lawns…
…and do plumbing
work. things that
would make their
lives
better.
…paint houses…
I made it from
material I {ahem}
‘‘appropriated’’
from junk yards
and electronic
stores.
but…unfortunately…things went drastically wrong.
the villagers are calling
my robot the
“p.m. stein
monster”
and threatening
to run me out of town.
ah!
here’s one
problem right
off the bat.
and this ground
wire to its brain
is
unattached.
without a proper
ground, you get
electrical shorts
that can cause
malfunctions.
this foot joint is
loose
, too! it’ll be
unsteady and cause
it to wobble.
see this
rust?
that
tells us the robot
isn’t being lubed
properly.
you’ve certainly
got a problem.
let’s go down to
your lab
and see
what we can do.
it’s
a
big
one.
it’s
alive!
ALivE!
