NOTE

Ensure preformed packings are in place in hoses prior to installation.

3. Install preformed packing (7) and hose (6) on compressor (5).

Torque hose (6) to 18-22 ft-lbs.

(24-30 N•m).

4. Install preformed packing (4) and hose (3) on compressor (5).

Torque hose (3) to 15-18 ft-lbs.

(20-24 N•m).

NOTE

Install cable ties as required.

5. Connect connector (1) to connector (2).

FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE

1. Install AC compressor drive belts (WP 0022).

2. Connect batteries (TM 9-2320-279-20).

3. Charge AC system (WP 0050).

4. Perform leak test inspection (WP 0049).
