FUEL SPILLS ON PERSONNEL
•
Avoid getting fuel on your body or clothing.
If clothing becomes saturated with fuel, remove clothing
immediately
and wash your body with hot soapy water.
•
Wear protective goggles and refuel only in well-ventilated area.
Use fuel resistant gloves when handling system
components due to toxic effects of some fuel additives.
Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothes.
If fuel
contacts eyes, flush eyes with clean fresh water and get medical attention immediately.
