Step 6.

Check that engine oil level is not above H mark on dipstick (7) (TM 5-3805-254-10).

a.

If engine oil level is above H mark on dipstick (7), check for presence of diesel fuel in engine oil.

If diesel

fuel is present, notify Direct Support Maintenance.

b.

If engine oil level is above H mark on dipstick (7) and fuel oil is not present, drain oil to proper level (page 2-

4).

c.

If engine oil level is not above H mark on dipstick (7), go to step 7.
