12-3. RIGHT POWER STEERING GEAR REPAIR (Con’t).
10. Remove piston (15) assembly from gear housing
(1).
11. Remove packing assembly (17) from gear
housing (1).
Discard packing assembly.
12. Remove two piston rings (16) from piston (15).
13. Remove locking pin (19) and plug (18) from other end of piston (15).
14. Remove valve seats (22), ball (21), and spring (20) from each plug (18).
