Raising Dump Body
WARNING
•
NEVER raise dump body more than halfway with tailgate or MCS tailgate
closed. If dump body is raised fully without opening tailgate, dump truck center
of gravity will shift rearward causing dump truck to tip.
•
NEVER raise dump body without first checking for overhead obstructions such
as trees and power lines. Ensure that overhead clearance is sufficient.
•
Failure to comply may result in personnel injury, death, and/or damage to
equipment.
