Allow engine to completely cool before handling any cooling system component or
hose.
Failure to comply can result in serious injury to personnel.
1.
Remove screw (1) and coolant level sensor guard (2) from radiator (3).
2.
Disconnect connector (4).
3.
Remove coolant level sensor (5) and preformed packing (6) from radiator (3).
Discard preformed packing.
