Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing.
To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area.
If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
15. Using mineral spirits, clean insulation residue from crew cab (4).

INSTALLATION
NOTE
Insulation is self-adhesive.
Remove tape from back of each insulation piece.
1.
Install driver side roof hatch insulation (31) and passenger side roof hatch insulation (30) on crew cab (4).
2.
Install driver side cab insulation (29) and passenger side cab insulation (28) on crew cab (4).
3.
Measure and cut hole on driver side top cab insulation (27) as noted in removal.
4.
Install driver side top cab insulation (27) on crew cab (4).
5.
Install driver center top cab insulation (26) on crew cab (4).
6.
Install passenger center top cab insulation (25) on crew cab (4).
7.
Measure and cut hole on passenger side top cab insulation (24) as noted in removal.
8.
Install passenger side top cab insulation (24) on crew cab (4).
9.
Measure and cut hole on driver side front cab insulation (23) as noted in removal.
10. Install driver side front cab insulation (23) on crew cab (4).
11. Install driver center front cab insulation (22), (21), and (20) on crew cab (4).
12. Measure and cut hole on passenger center front cab insulation (19) as noted in removal.
13. Install passenger center front cab insulation (19), (18), and (17) on crew cab (4).
14. Measure and cut hole on passenger side front cab insulation (16) as noted in removal.
15. Install passenger side front cab insulation (16) on crew cab (4).
