FRONT GROUND SWEEPS INSTALLATION
1.
Lubricate threads of screw (11) with oil.
Install mounting bracket (6) on screw (11) with washer (10) and
locknut (9).
Tighten locknut to 95 to 130 lb-ft (129 to 176 N•m).

Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing.
To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area.
If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
2.
Apply sealant to locknut (9) to mark torque point.
3.
Apply sealing compound to threads of hose (4).
4.
Install ground sweeps (8) on hose (4).
5.
Install elbow (5) on hose (4).
6.
Install hose (7) on elbow (5).
7.
Install hose (4) and elbow (5) on mounting bracket (6) with two U-bolts (3), four lockwashers (2), and nuts (1).
