NOTE

Refer to final

inspection

procedures

adjustment and alinement of reticle cell

assembly and objective cell assembly.

Adapter,

screw, lockwasher, eyeshield adapter, and

eyeshield will be installed after final inspection

procedures.

Purging screw will be tightened

after final purging.
