Put two cover plates (1) on top of fender (2) as shown and aline mounting
holes.
Put two bolts (3) with flat washers (4) through cover plates (1) and fender (2)
Put two flat washers (5) on bolts (3) and screw on two locknuts (6).
Using 7/16-inch wrenches, tighten locknuts (6) .
