Push valve stem (1) through rim (2) so it stays inside tire (3) .
2 .
Put tire (3) on wood blocks .
Using foot, push rim (2) down and out of tire .
3 .
Lift tire (3) off blocks and rim (2) .
4 .
Take tire liner (4) and tube (5) out of tire (3) .
