1.

Put puller set 15-inch all-thread rod (1) through bracket (2), spring (3), and

base (4). Put puller set flat plate (5) and nut (6) on each end of thread rod.

2.

Tighten puller set nuts (6) to compress spring (3) 1/2 to 1 inch.
