1.

Take out cotter pin (1). Slide off fusible link (2). Fusible link release lever

spring (3) should force fusible link release lever (4) to turn two trip cams (5)

and unhook two latches (6).

2.

Make sure that both levers (7) go back to original position.

3.

Put fusible link (2) in place. Put in cotter pin (1).

NOTE

Follow-on Maintenance Action Required:

Close rear compartment doors.
