Take out and throw away three cotter pins (1).

Take out three pins (2) and nut (3).

Take out and throw away cotter pin (4).

Take out pin (5) and five spacer washers (6).

Take off two parts of yoke (7).

Take off cover (8).

Take off and throw away gasket (9).

Do steps 1 through 6 again for other inner manhole cover (8).
