1.
Put in filter retainer (1) and put on four self-locking nuts (2).
2.
Put in filter screen (3).
3.
Close filler cover (4) and latch handle (5).
4.
Put on padlock (6).
5.
Do steps 1 through 4 again for other filler cover.
