Put two bolts (1) with washers (2) through front hold down mount (3).
Put on four springs (4), washers (5), and nuts (6).
Put two bolts (7) in middle and rear hold down mounts (8) and put on two
nuts (9).
Do steps 1 through 3 again on right side of truck.
