There are no special cleaning procedures needed. Refer to clean-

ing procedures given in Part 1, para 1-3.

Inspection and Repair.

Check that all threaded parts are not damaged. If threads are damaged,

get new parts.

2.

Check that roof panel (1) and back panel (2) are not dented or cracked.

If panels are damaged, refer to FM 43-2.

3.

If glass frame (3) is damaged in any way, get a new one.
