WARNING
Always wear hand protection when handling winch cable. Never
let cable run through bare hands. Broken wires can cause injury.

Unhook winch cable chain hook (2)
from right lifting shackle (3) and pass hook
through left lifting shackle (1).
CAUTION
Leave at least four turns of winch cable on the drum. The cable
clamp screw by itself will not hold cable around drum when a load
is being pulled.
