Make sure battery switch is in ON position.

Connect red lead to circuit 570 wire.

e.

Connect black lead to good ground.

NOTE

If battery voltage is present, ether start switch is faulty.

Meter reading should be greater than 18 VDC.

CONDITION/INDICATION

DOES ETHER START SWITCH OPERATE PROPERLY?

DECISION

YES - Repair circuit 570 wire to circuit 5C connector (Volume 3, WP

0352). Go to Step (10) to verify problem

is solved.

NO - Replace ether start switch (Volume 2, WP

0307). Go to Step (10) to verify problem is solved.
