IS YOUR ORIGINAL LOOSE LIFTING SHACKLE PROBLEM STILL PRESENT?
a.
Ensure vehicle is returned to normal operating condition.
b.
Check to see if your original loose lifting shackle problem still exists.

IS YOUR ORIGINAL LOOSE LIFTING SHACKLE PROBLEM STILL PRESENT?
DECISION
YES - Notify supervisor.
NO - Problem fixed.
