DECISION
YES - Replace bent pintle hook shaft (Volume 3, WP
0518). Go to Step (4) to verify problem is solved.
NO - Go to Step (4) to verify problem is solved.

a.
Ensure vehicle is returned to normal operating condition.
b.
Check to see if your original pintle hook problem still exists.

DECISION
YES - Notify supervisor.
NO - Problem fixed.
