Align carrier base (15) on frame brackets (9) and (11) and install screw (19), three washers (17), and

screws (18).

Remove lifting device and utility chain from carrier base (15).

Install new locknut (10) on screw (19) and three new locknuts (12) on screws (18).

Install two reflector brackets (27) on carrier access steps (25) with four screws (24) and new

locknuts (26).

Install boom (21) on boom support (20) with four screws (2) and new locknuts (3).

Install boom extension (1) on boom (21).

Install retaining pin (22) and locking pin (23) in boom extension (1).

Install two fuel lines (38) on carrier base (15) with two clamps (36), screw (35), and new

locknut (37).

Install trailer harness plug (4) on carrier base (15) with three screws (5), washers (7), and new

locknuts (8).

Install two ground straps (6) on harness base (29) and trailer harness plug (4) with screw (28), new

lockwashers (30), (31), and (32), washer (33), and new locknut (34).

Install reflector bracket (14) on carrier base (15) with two screws (13) and new locknuts (16).
