Install toggle switch (4) and plate (5) on instrument cluster (3) with washer (1) and nut (2).

Ensure that toggle switch is in OFF position.

Disconnect lead (9) from circuit breaker (11).

Connect lead assembly (10) to circuit breaker (11).

Connect lead (9) to lead assembly (10).

Connect two toggle switch leads (8) to cable (12) and lead assembly (10) behind instrument panel (7).

Secure cable (12) to wiring harness (6) with new tiedown strap (13).

Install instrument cluster (3) if required (para. 3-83).

NOTE

Instrument cluster may have to be removed for switch installation

(para. 3-83).
