Install new gasket (1) and pipe assembly (10) on exhaust brake assembly (4) with clamp (2) and

nut (3).

8.

Install new gasket (9) and pipe assembly (10) on rear exhaust pipe (5) with coupling (8),

screw (7), and

nut (6).

NOTE

If gap exists between exhaust brake assembly and bracket

assembly, install shims before tightening hardware.

9.

Tighten all exhaust brake assembly hardware, exhaust clamps, and related components.

10.

Install two hose clamps (14) and hose assembly (11) on oil dipstick tube (15) with two screws (18) and

new locknuts (19).

11.

Install hose assembly (17) on quick-release valve (16) and exhaust brake assembly (4).

12.

Position clamp (20) over hose assembly (11) and install hose assembly (11) on tube (13). Tighten

clamp (20).

13.

Install shims (12) between exhaust brake assembly (4) and bracket assembly.
