Install terminal cover (47) on alternator (42) with two new screw-assembled lockwashers (48).

Install wires (37) and (38) on starter (39) with new lockwasher (36) and nut (35).

Install wire (34) on starter (39) with new lockwasher (40) and nut (41).

Install wire (30) and battery cable (33) on solenoid (26) with new lockwasher (31) and nut (32).

83.

Install wire (27) on solenoid (26) with new lockwasher (26) and nut (29).

Install wire (50) on alternator (42) with new lockwasher (45) and nut (46).

Install wire (55) on alternator (42) with new lockwasher (43) and nut (44).

Install wire (54) on alternator (42) with new lockwasher (53) and screw (52).

Connect wire (51) to connector (49).

NOTE

Apply sealing compound to terminal cover and wires for

installation.
