b. Disassembly
1.
Remove six plates (1) from load center cover (2).
2.
Remove two screws (32), jumper wire (31), and ground B cable (29) from relay (4).
3.
Remove screws (33) and (28) and ground N cable (30) from relay (4) and neutral buss bar (11).
4.
Remove screw (34) and ground B cable (29) from neutral buss bar (11).
5.
Remove screws (25) and (5) and relay cable (3) from 20-amp circuit breaker (26) and relay (4).
6.
Remove three screws (6), lockwashers (7), and relay (4) from load center box (12). Discard
lockwashers (7).
7.
Remove screw (27) and cable (8) from neutral buss bar (11).
8.
Remove six screws (16) and insulators (17) from load center (12).
9.
Remove nine screws (24) and nine 20-amp circuit breakers (26) from load center (12).
10.
Remove three screws (22) and 30-amp circuit breaker (23) from load center (12).
11.
Remove three screws (20) and 40-amp circuit breaker (21) from load center (12).
12.
Remove twelve screws (19) and four 20-amp circuit breakers (18) from load center (12).
13.
Remove three screws (15) and 100-amp circuit breaker (14) from load center (12).
14.
Remove grommet (13) from load center (12).
15.
Remove two screws (10) and blackout door switch (9) from load center (12).
c. Assembly
1.
Install 100-amp circuit breaker (14) on load center (12) with three screws (15).
2.
Install four 20-amp circuit breakers (18) on load center (12) with twelve screws (19).
3.
Install 40-amp circuit breaker (21) on load center (12) with three screws (20).
4.
Install 30-amp circuit breaker (23) on load center (12) with three screws (22).
5.
Install nine 20-amp circuit breakers (26) on load center (12) with nine screws (24).
6.
Install six insulators (17) on load center (12) with six screws (16).
7.
Install relay (4) on load center (12) with three new lockwashers (7) and screws (6).
8.
Install cable (8) on neutral buss bar (11) with screw (27).
9.
Install relay cable (3) on 20-amp circuit breaker (26) and relay (4) with two screws (25) and (5).
10.
Install ground B cable (29) on neutral buss bar (11) with screw (34).
11.
Install ground N cable (30) on relay (4) and neutral buss bar (11) With two screws (33) and (28).
12.
Install jumper wire (31) and ground B cable (29) on relay (4) with two screws (32).
13.
Install six plates (1) on load center cover (2).
14.
Install blackout door switch (9) on load center (12) with two screws (10).
15.
Install grommet (13) on load center (12).
