FAN CLUTCH LOCKUP PROCEDURE (M915 THROUGH M920)

INITIAL SETUP: Not Applicable

FAN CLUTCH LOCKUP

WARNING

Let radiator cool before performing this task. Failure to

comply may result in injury to personnel. Seek medical

attention in the event of an injury.

1.

Using crescent wrench, remove bolt from fan adjusting bracket, located on right

front side of engine.

2.

Manually rotate cooling fan until the hole in the cooling fan outer driven member

aligns with any of the three holes in the cooling fan pulley.

3.

Insert bolt in aligned hole and tighten with crescent wrench.
