Remove two nuts (5), washers (6), screws (7), and brackets (8) from
emergency tow lights (4). Stow emergency tow lights and brackets.

Remove and stow two 12-ft (3.5 m) cross chains (9).
Unwrap two springs (10) from crosstube (11) and connect to tow
cylinders (12).
