Route other end of tow light cable (38) along disabled vehicle and

connect to rear electrical connector (39) on wrecker.

NOTE

If disabled vehicle is equipped with built-in steering

lock assembly, lock disabled vehicle’s steering (refer to

M966 operator’s manual).

Set POWER switch (40) to ON position.

Set HIGH IDLE switch (41) to CONTINUOUS.

Push and release LATCH switch (42). Engine speed will increase to

approximately 1500 rpm.
