Remove two screws (6), lockwashers (7), and plate (8).
Remove pin (9) and pivot arm (10).
Remove cotter pin (11) and pin (12) from clevis (13).
Start engine (para 2-11a or 2-11b).

Put transmission range selector (14) in N (neutral) position and pull
PARKING BRAKE control knob (15).
