NOTE

Rotate fairlead/tensioner as required to gain access to

nuts and screws.

Install pin (41) and cotter pin (42) in clevis (39).

Install pivot arm (43) and pin (44).

Install plate (45) with two screws (46) and lockwashers (47).

Install shaft and block (48).

Install two rollers (49).

Install plate (50) with four screws (51) and nuts (52).

NOTE

Have organizational level maintenance torque screws

and nuts.
