Turn thermostat housing cover (5) over

and remove pipe plug (26).

Remove gasket (27) and thermostat (28).

Remove seal (29) from thermostat

housing cover (5).

Loosen clamp (30) and remove hose (31) from elbow (32).

Remove elbow (32), adapter (33), and plug (34) from thermostat housing (35).

Loosen screw (36).

Remove three screws (37, 38, and 39) and lockwashers (40).

Remove thermostat housing (35) and gasket (41).
