Remove three screws (5) and

wires (6, 7, and 8) from control

junction box (4).

Remove two screws (9 and 10),

lockwashers (11 and 12),

nut (13), and bracket (14).

Remove indicator box (15) with

adapter (16) from pipe

nipple (17).

Remove adapter (16) from

indicator box (15).

Remove pipe nipple (17), elbow (18), and pipe

nipple (19) from junction box (4).
