a. Removal.

NOTE

Remove plastic cable ties as necessary.

●

Tag and mark all wires.

(1)

Remove nut (1), lockwasher (2), and wire (3) from starter terminal (4).

(2)

Remove nut (5) and wire (6) from solenoid terminal (7).

(3)

Remove nut (8), lockwasher (9), washer (10), screw (11), and washer (10).

(4)

Remove four screws (12), locknuts (13), and box (14) from fender (15) and clamp (16).
