Install plate (108) and four preformed packings (109) on directional valve (85).

NOTE

All four pilot valves are assembled the same way.

Be sure to aline port holes in pilot valve assembly with port holes in directional

valve.

Install pilot valve assembly (110) with four screws (111) and caps (112)

Install relief valve (113), spring (114), and adjustment screw (115) in valve body (5).

Install preformed packing (116) and plug (117).

d. Follow-on Maintenance.

Install eight bank valve body (para 17-27).

(2)

Adjust hoist relief valve (para 17-25).
